Inspired by the imbalance of male-female genitalia representation in Art history, particularly Athenian art, which often depicted the patriarchal view that women were meek, submissive and shameful of their genitalia, while Men would pridefully flaunt theirs. I found it an interesting conversation to reverse the gender roles of The statue of David and Venus de Milo. These graphite sketch pieces would be perfect for labeling gender-neutral bathroom doors. It really doesn’t matter which one you possess, just wash your hands.
